General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR

Over the coming weeks you may start to hear the national news and government start to talk about GDPR. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) proposed by the European Commission will strengthen and unify data protection for individuals within the European Union (EU). This means that new regulations have been put in place for any organisation that holds and uses public data. As a school we already handle you and your child’s information securely and have done for many years. Please be aware that as a Federation we have strict protocols in place to ensure that you and your child’s information will never be breached. There is now a new, improved and clearer policy will be published on how we use and store your information as an organisation. This will be available to view on our websites.
